FAQ's

Q. How long is my item listed on eBay?
A. Most auctions are listed for 7 days, to maximize bidding interest. We are able to set times for more or less than that and will suggest so if there is good reason to do so. You are free to request an alternative timeframe when you drop your item off for action.

Q. Can I set a minimum price for my item?
A. Yes. Sellers are able to set an opening bid of $9.99 or higher. However, while minimum opening bids do provide a safety net they also have a tendency to limit bidding activity.

Q. What if my item does not sell ?
A. Most unsold items will be re-listed at no additional cost. Unsold items must be picked up within 15 days of the end of the second auction. You will be notified if the item does not sell. Items not picked up will be donated to Goodwill in the name of the customer, and the receipt will be sent to the customer.

Q. Can we participate as a group ie. my church or school group ?
A. Absolutely . Fund raisers are common on eBay.  We simply are forbidden by eBay to mention that the auction is for fundraising purposes. All listings will be in the name of wesellebay.com. The check would be payable to the fundraising event or customer, whichever you indicate.

Q. I have no way of getting my items to you. Will you pick it up ?
A. We ask that you drop the item to us. We do pick up items in some cases for a negotiable fee. Call us and we will work it out
